The 49rs tavern is under new ownership and will preserve the tradition of the old school tavern that has been a staple in Long Beach since 1958! It’s a Long Beach landmark! THE BEST BURGER IN TOWN with 15 ice cold beers on tap. We have 11 TVs to handle all your sports along with a cool outdoor patio. Come take advantage of our 1/2 off beer and wine (or close) COME HERE WHEN YOU HAVE NO CLASS from 3pm-4pm daily! It’s called FIREMAN’S HOUR! You don’t have to be a Fireman to enjoy! The bar is managed by a retired Los Angeles Fire Captain. We are open daily from 11am to 11pm with great food off the grill. So if you have “NO CLASS,” whether you are a student at State, or you just have “NO CLASS,” stop in for a cold one.
