Every third Thursday of the month, head over to the Loop on the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Pine Avenue for the ultimate community event: Live After 5ive. This month’s theme, “Home for the Holidays,” will feature live music, pop-ups along historic Pine Avenue, and free hot chocolate for the first 50 people. Don’t forget to wear your best ugly Christmas sweater to enter into the Ugly Holiday Sweater Contest. And feel free to bring your pets along! This event is pet and family-friendly. Through December 30, the Long Beach Trolley is offering a Waterfront Tour of those lights we all know and love. For $20 to $30, embark on this 30-minute tour through Naples, Belmont Shore and Bay Shore Avenue as you enjoy freshly-baked cookies, candy canes, and hot cocoa Tour guests will also be given a complimentary souvenir Santa hat.
