From Aug. 17-19, barbecue joints from all over Southern California will bring the best of their menus to the smokin’ food court, offering items like ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and even non-barbecue items. Perhaps the most anticipated component to this event, however, is the ultimate cooking showdown between local and national barbecue pit masters.
