Moonlight Movies on the Beach
Tuesday, August 7 and Thursday, August 9 | 8 p.m.
This Tuesday, head over to Granada Beach to watch “Mary Poppins” with your family and friends. The movie is free along with plenty of free, beach-lot parking. A snack shop, food trucks, kettle corn, and VIP seating will be available. It's also encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and picnic dinners. And if you find yourself wanting to watch more Movies on the Beach, “The Lion King” will be playing on Thursday at Alamitos Beach. Concert in the Park: Shoreline Symphonic Winds

On Friday, The Shoreline Symphonic Winds will be performing at Stearns Champion Park. Concerts at the Beach

The G3 Band will be performing at Cal State Long Beach in the Legacy Courtyard this Saturday. The G3 Band covers tunes of all genres, including classic rock ‘n’ roll, oldies, country, and current Billboard tunes. Pack a picnic dinner to enjoy before the concert and then enjoy the band. Gates open at 6 p.m., while the concert begins at 7:30 p.m. The Beach Section tickets are $35 and the Palm Section tickets are $30. This Sunday, the alternative rock station ALT 98.7 FM will be taking over the Queen Mary Events Park for Summer Camp 2018!
