Shannon’s Bayshore Enjoy a Shoot the Root, the bar’s staple cocktail created many years ago. It’s a shot of root beer schnapps filled with beer and is known to taste like root beer.
Theory Cafe At Theory Cafe, it’s Bottomless Mimosa time from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. Mimosas are made with orange juice or any fresh juice mixed with house champagne.
Taco Surf
Micheladas offer beer with a twist. Sip on one on a Sunday afternoon or during daily happy hours at Taco Surf. Their rendition of the drink is Clamato mixed with Valentina hot sauce, lime juice, and celery salt garnished with chamoy and Tajin. Finally, it is topped with a draft or bottled beer.
Legends Sports Bar
Looking to view a sports game in the morning? Order a Legendary Mimosa while watching your favorite sports game on one of Legends’ 30 HDTVs. Mimosas are made from orange juice and topped off with a small bottle of champagne.
Roe Seafood
With a full bar available at Roe’s, picking out a drink can seem impossible. Order the Tropical Thunder, a light and dark rum-based cocktail mixed with Don’s Mix #2, falernum and lime.
Panama Joes
Sip on a Passion Fruit Paloma during a night out with friends. It is made with Cazadores Blanco Tequila mixed with St. Germain, a passion fruit puree, and a splash of lime juice before being topped off with Squirt.
