Shark Lagoon Nights at the Aquarium

It’s likely that you have been to the Aquarium of the Pacific at least once during the day; if not once, possibly more visits than you can count. We like this event because it’s a unique experience for local families to visit the aquarium in the evening when the crowds have dissipated and the sharks are in “night mode.” It’s nice to indulge in a cup of coffee, hot cocoa, wine or beer and casually enjoy the outside aquarium space with family. Best of all, this event is free!

Join the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library as they bring the community together to celebrate and educate of Mexican and Mexican-American culture and traditions. Enjoy the beauty of Folklorico dancing, live Mariachi music, performances by the Latin American Student Society from Jordan High School and historical presentations.

This is just a good ol’ community festival hosted by local residents and neighborhood associations.
